We aim to dispatch orders received before 2:00 pm Monday to Friday on the same day and all orders by the next business day. We use Royal Mail 1st class post for smaller packages and UPS service for larger orders.

Like all Internet retailers we rely on commercial carriers for delivery of goods so these times can only be offered as guidelines.

Delivery is free for most orders over £50 to destinations in the UK, including Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland*. The delivery charge for orders under £50 is £4.95.

Where products are out of stock we will email you the option of an alternative product, waiting for stock, or a refund for the missing items. Some items have to be sourced from the manufacturer and so will take longer.

The status of your order can also be monitored on our site. Just log in and go to 'My Account' to see your full order history.

City Link require a signature on delivery, so we email you contact details and a consignment tracking number when we confirm dispatch of your order. If the delivery address is likely to be unattended it is essential that you contact City Link to arrange a delivery time. City Link will only attempt delivery twice after which your order will have to be collected from their depot.

Delivery of Aquariums (Juwel, Aquamedic, Red Sea Max Etc) are send via Pallet Force, for Mainland Uk orders this is included in the price, our carriers will contact you via telephone before delivering the aquarium.

 * Delivery of aquariums to Northern Ireland is not availible without a surcharge of £49.95 please select appropriate method at checkout. If this is not selected your order will not be shipped until the surcharge has been paid.
